I just started Tweeting again. Wasn't doing it much for several months.

Some stores up here have mobile techs. We now have Certified on-site Technicians.. It's our ERT who has to take extra certifications to do on-site work... Really beats 3rd party, and we make more money on it. I've heard about the compensation reviews as a test. How is working out? Our guys' bonuses ...
