I haven't used their material but Ravi Zacharias is one of the greatest apologists I've ever heard (in my opinion) and he has some materials available. Every speaker I've heard from his organization really seemed to have his act together. http://www.rzim.org/study/

Thinking about the logistics of having various used mp3 players shipped to you and then your needing the correct adapters and software to load them you may find it better to buy inexpensive new players for this purpose. To me it seems you have nothing to lose. Here's a link to Paypal's description of their service. They keep 2.2% + $0.30 per transaction. If people donate through Paypal you get ~97% of the donation. I checked into it for our church and you can do it through Paypal and they take a percentage. If no one uses it, it doesn't cost you anything.

I tried to do one in Word but couldn't figure out how to have the photo as an object rather than text. Powerpoint makes that very simple. There are also countless backgrounds and borders available to fancy it up.
