I thought it was really cool that Sugar got the idol when the other dude couldn't find it. She could totally play under the radar if she's smart. Also, I was glad Paloma went home. She seemed to just seek out someone to be the target of her misery; I didn't notice Ace being all that hard to get along with. Someone's got to take charge. I was also glad the other tribe won two challenges. I was feeling sorry for them. But I do know who from their tribe needs to go next - GL without a doubt. A lazy bum with an attitude.

Thats because for some reason the other guy that a sandy pit meant the pond.

I did like her comment on the "Theres a lizard or something in the water" and the camera shows a croc. Maybe that was just editing, but it was funny.

on that last link, there is a question regarding clothing. Apparently, the producers are the ones who chose the clothing the contestants wear.

Can Survivor cast members bring or wear whatever they want?

No. While cast members bring their own clothes to the location, producers select what they take to camp, ensuring that the cast will be wearing camera-friendly colors. Among those prohibited items include shirts or caps with corporate logos. Selecting clothing also allows producers to make sure not everyone will be wearing, say, green T-shirts.

Wonder why they let them have their swim suits????

Good show last night. Here are some of my thoughts:

-That wild-eyed guy Randy reminds me of Gary Busey. What a wacko, but he is fun to watch.
-When Crystal's designation says Olympic Champion, I wonder if they mean the actual Olympics or something a little more "special"? (and I'm not badmouthing those games because I think some of those folks would leave her in the dust, too).
-I think if he survives to the merge, Matty could be the next Ozzy. He is a fierce competitor, perhaps the best player in the game right now. On a side note, my friend told me he is the grandson of Audra Linley (Mrs. Roper).
-Since some of the opposing tribe may know Sugar already has the immunity idol, it's pretty mean to keep sending her back there. Send Randy!
-Sorry, Mr. Turtle. You swam into the wrong camp! If you'd have gone to Fong, you'd have been home free!

no kidding. It is a good thing she has not divuldged her "Olympic" status.

The Fong tribe is terrible. The challenge of racing with the snake, why have the strongest carrying the lightest part?

Has anyone who has ever won an immunity idle actually been helped by it or kept it quiet?

HELLO!? I was yelling at the TV. They should have let everyone drop out except Crystal, Ace, and Matty.... they could have sprinted and got them before they had a chance. Stupid people. Randy was right about everything he said on the first show. We didn't like him at first but we totally do now. He does remind me of Gary Busey now that you say that. Poor guy. lol

May be purely a production decision; all that blurring of revealed body parts is enormously labor-intensive in post-production.

WOW - what did you all think of last night's events? I was shocked at the first vote. Even though they forewarned, I believe it was coming. The Fang tribe is officially imploding and Crystal is officially the longest-lasting useless player since Chet in Fans and Favorites.

It was a great show. double vote off. not sure the why on that one ..

Sugar got a double idol and did not share with ACE YIPPEE he was going to steal it from her when she needed it the most.

And yes Crystal is useless. She suppposedly is a big sports runner olympics etc. keep waiting on the Rocky Music to play.

By far, one of the best Survivor episodes last night. I love the drama. I loved it when Kenny confronted Corinne about who deserves to leave and who doesn't. Randy and Crystal's back and forth is pretty funny, too. When Charlie was voted out, I told LeAnn "he'll at least be excited to go to sequester with Marcus" and sure enough, he said it.

It's also entertaining to read what Jeff Probst has to say on his blog every week:

GREAT episode! Absolutely great from start to finish. Randy was so entertaining that I really hated to see him go. I was hoping they'd gun for Corinne before Randy. He would just be so much fun to keep around, if only for us. I'm still rooting for Sugar and Matty, two people who are outwitting and outplaying so far in my opinion. Kenny may be next on my list, too.

Jeff Probst said he was going to go see a doctor since he started liking Randy. I love to read his blog recaps of the episodes. He posted a new one this morning. Here's one thing he said:

After tonight's episode ended, I called Doc Horowitz and said, "I gotta get in to see you. I think something is wrong with me. I think I'm losing my edge. Going soft. Can you run a test or something, see what's what?"

He asked me for my symptoms.

I said, "I felt badly for Randy getting played at tribal council like a banjo at a small town country fair. (Yes, I know, bad analogy and small town and country fair are probably redundant.)

Recognizing the severity of my condition, he immediately cancelled his morning appointments to squeeze me in. I'm waiting on the results.

In the meantime, I try to make sense of it all. Randy is a bitter man with a ton of enemies, and he had this coming like a kid who sticks a fork in a toaster. (Was that one any better?) He deserved what he got like Survivor deserves an Emmy.

So why did I feel bad? Maybe there is just something about Randy that I can relate to and sympathize with. Oh, he will hate me saying it like that.

Last night was hilarious. When Crystal wrote Randy's name down and spoke her peace out loud, oh my that was funny.

I do hate that Randy is gone.

Corrine is a toxic person and I can see her stalking Suzie after the game.

Crystal is the most worthless player ever. Olympic athlete my foot!
I have piped unto you, and ye have not danced!
