Jude 2

Good episode last night. I especially liked the Hiro story line in ancient Japan. It will be interesting to see how Takeo Kinsei (or whatever his name is) ties into the modern heroes. Is he the grandfather of them all?

I also love the storyline about the older generation of heroes. It's sort of like the Justice Society before the Justice League. I'm curious as to what their powers were. Ms. Petrelli seems to have some sort of mental power (maybe similar to Parkmans?)

So did Kensie heal himself, or was that something Hiro did? At first it appeared it was Hiro, but I am wondering if this is something similar to Claire's ability?

I took it that Kensei had Claire's power of self healing.

Yea. I know.. but if you had no reservation about jumping out of a plane.. cutting your toe off might be simple.

That was amazing. Wasn't that something how the bone grew out and then the flesh kind of surrounded it?

I just liked the way they showed her toe flying in the air.

Wonder how the flying "Peeping Tom" is going to handle all that.

Yeah I saw that one coming, they talked too much about the lizards and regrowth, I knew she'd have to try it, plus the teacher said the little toe was not needed! When she looked down at her feet, it was obvious.

It actually works a lot like that.. BUT.. not as fast or as perfect. If I could show you my right ring finger. I had the first bend up literally pulled off or de-gloved if that's a word by an automotive belt in a pulley (Brother started it while my hand was inside).

It took weeks and weeks to watch the meat, nerves, & finally skin crawl up the side of the bone and cover it and then fatten out.. and put a nail back on it. It's not perfect by any means - even distorted shorter.. but it's back.

Yeah, but you didn't lose the bone there did you? I have seen things happen where people lose the bone as well, and that doesn't grow back, just grows skin over, closing the wound, and leaving a shorter finger.
