I have seen some people that say they get paid for sitting at home and completing surveys (not the facebook surverys, haha, ones for companies) online. Is that true or just a scam? Do you really get paid?

I belong to different survey sites. The ones that I belong to either give cash or reward points for other things. The most I've gotten back at one time is $30. Other things I have received are $50 gamestop card, $25 AMC movie card, and other gift cards.

The more surveys you take, the more points and cash you receive.

I have never tried it, but I have thought of doing it in the past.

On another site I am a member of, someone asked the same question as you. This is a network marketing social network called betternetworker. It is one the best networking sites I have found for internet marketers, MLM, home business, etc. It is not as spammy as you would think.

If anyone is interested in trying any out, let me know. Like I said, I belong to 5 different survey providers. I either get a check in the mail or rewards points off of all of them.

There are a couple of them, that I even get points for bringing friends in.

All together, using one or two of these types of sites, I think my wife and I have redemed close to $200 in gift cards for restaurants and iTunes.

It does take a little time and if you want to earn a living, good luck, but for the occasional $10 or $20 off at Red Lobster or $50 iTunes card, it's not bad.
