Who is going?
If you plan to make it to Greensboro for the COGOP International Assembly, post a reply. I guess Billy B is the logical guy to suggest some place(s) we might throw together our traditional meet & greet.

Yes I plan on being there. LOL I do not live very far from host hotel.
The first place that comes to mind is the Lone Star Steakhouse. It is less than 1/2 mile from host hotel. and I do think there is sidewalks connecting the sites. will check on that.

They do have a room that seats app 30 - 40 available for private groups.
Looking forward to seeing everyone.

As few as a dozen once and the biggest gathering was maybe 30-ish?

I can probably only pull off one get-together myself... my wife works Children's Church and has her own hectic schedule + I have a few committed meetings and Mission Encounter.
What are the hours at that steak house? (That sounds like a mid-day meal instead of a late night meal to me!!)

We'll be there, and it looks like all 3 kids will be with us.
I'll probably be helping as an usher and probably ushering for Children's church plus I think Amy and Rose talked about something with the missions encounter and needing some help, so we may be over there some as well.
We've got a family weekend with my parents and siblings in WV the weekend before, and will drive straight down from there, so we'll be there probably sometime Monday, but we'll leave Saturday (to be back for Church Sunday).

Okay I have tentatively scheduled The Lone Star Alamo Room (seats up to about 40) for Friday Night 9:30 PM till closing. (stop serving at 11:00pm)
