Poimen,

God may or may not actually be offended by euphemism's, but etymology would prove that we use many questionable words in our vocabulary with no second thought. We must also take into account the study of language throughout various cultures.

These are just thoughts and not intended to create debate. Personally, I try not to use euphemism's for God (probably due to my upbringing), but I can't say that I'm offended when others use some of these "so stated" words.

I get what you are driving at. I was not offended. Nor was I trying to condemn anyone. I am not even condemning slang speech altogether, only those things that are in truth blasphemous. Just trying to encourage and edify my fellow saints. I just wanted to enlighten, in honor and to the glory of our Father.

"Paradise" is in the eye of the beholder. To me it is East Tennessee, although I live near Orlando, another high cost of living area. :cry:

ugh, we pay as much for gas as you do? and we also have a couple of refineries less than 100 miles away from us. :evil:

Eggs here at safeway are about $5.99 for 18, but they usually have a buy 1 get 1.

Milk is $3.50 a gallon

Ummm...yeah, but could you afford the hay (also increasing in price) to feed it?


Sure. I let the cow graze thereby making money because I no longer need to pay the kid down the block to mow the lawn. :D
