dowgs, I don't know where your folks came from, but my have been here since before the Civil War. One or two along the way may have done something stupid, but most was honest and good people. None that I know of or even heard of were "morons".

As far as our sitting president bring up charges and hanging anybody as a traitor and a turn coat, he might take a look at his own self. Never have we had a president to bow to another head of country as this one did. There are many other things that had be done and I'm sure different one could post one a piece untill a whole page is full.

Drink all the liberal kool-aid you want but don't blame the South for the mess our country is in, put it where it belongs IN WASHINGTON THE WHITE HOUSE.

has nothing to do with geography. just using the the south during the civil war as a example of this same kind of way of thinking. i was born in the south, parents, grandparents, and greatgrandparents. proud of it.

Then you better be prepared to charge George Washington, John Adams, Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry and the rest of our founding fathers. They did the very same thing against their government that had become oppressive. Your response might be, " But they were Colonist not British subjects." Wrong! They were British subjects.

TW, I'M afraid that dawgs like so many others would be today's equivalent of a "loyalist". They lost then and will lose again.
