Over the last couple nights, I have had no dreams.

By the way.....I always have dreams but can never remember exactly what they were about, only something huge that happened in the dream. I have only had one dream I remember fully and vividly, and it was one the Lord gave me. Pretty amazing.

Anyone else operate thatway?

I did have a dream other night that I do believe the Lord gave me. In the dream I was standing in a huge court room.. lots were crying so we the judge. The judge was God. He was sentencing some to lake of fire those who attended church all there lifes... those who alot of people thought was truely born again .. I remember the words God said .. You have witnessed, you have casted out demons, feed the hungry, gave to the poor in my name but your heart was far from me. I never knew you... Those words woke me had me up praying...
Yes it was a wake up call to me and I just feel I had to share this with you all now..

I had a great dream when I was young that had all the believers in a huge stadium waiting on the Lord's return. I looked and saw the clouds and the light coming from behind them as they moved and that was the moment. I bet I wasn't but around 13 years old when I had that dream and I can still remember it so vividly.

Also, even earlier than that, I had a dream that I was the last Christian on earth and was being chased around by these devil worshippers in dark capes and hoods. It was just a few years ago that I noticed a movie on TV that closely resembled that dream - Charlton Heston in The Omega Man. I must have seen a portion of it sometime when I was a kid. :D

I have very vivid dreams....like movies. When Brandon was in the Air Force and we knew he was coming home, I had an awful dream that he had just gotten home, and he was severly depressed. He walked across the street to a bar (so out of character for him and there's no bar in this area) and I went looking for him in my robe (out of character for me too). When I found him he was crying and telling me he failed himself and everyone, no one loved him, why didn't people meet him at the airport...all kinds of stuff like that. Mind you this was all before he came home and before he expressed any of his feelings to us. Then after awhile he just collasped in my arms. I woke up with my heart racing and crying.

I have dreams like this all the time, very vivid....sometimes I can remember them scene by scene and other times, I can't remember anything but a small glimpse of it.

Interesting post DeWayne!

I have vivid dreams. I also have wild, wierd dreams (I watch some wierd movies)  .
I have dreamed of my Mama several times since she went to be with Jesus, and she is always smiling or laughing. I like those dreams, Mama did have a good laugh. :D
I also have what I call "prophetic" dreams where I dream of an event and days or weeks later I am in the same place I was in my dream. Maybe I should remember my dreams a little closer, so I can avoid mistakes. :?:

Dreams with snakes and other things...

Postby Mitchell White » March 26th, 2005, 5:43 pm

A snake in a persons dream represents the enemy. And if it is a beautiful one it is going to be attractive to the person who is dreaming or someone in their family, the local church or ones ministry. It is God's way of warning His children.

If you dream it's dark or your in a dark room and then light appears of slowly comes on,then it represents being in darkness about something or a thing unknown. But the light means God is going to reveil it to you or maybe another person involved with you.

God always warns my wife and I about danger to us,our children even church members through snakes in our dreams.

I dream about once a month that all of my teeth fall out. My mom has told me she has the same dream. It's very strange, I know.

As a child between 1st. and 3rd. grade I remember these nightmares that were ever night, Two or three what looked like half ape and half alien would chase me and I would always end up down in our basement and they would catch me and start giving me some kind of elctric shock. We lived out in the country at that time and as far as I can remember these nightmares would play out the very same way every night. I always woke up in a sweat to scared to make a sound. I have always wonderd what would cause a small child to have such nightmares. I'm in my mid 40's and back then we did not have cable and tv was black & white. When we moved out of the country to the city I never remember having those nightmares again.
