yes, He is Duke's brother and strangely enough, Duke's wife is AJ Coulter's daugther. Bro Coulter was at our church last sunday for our 100th anniversary celebration.

Now I am not a overseer but I do agree with Dr Ron, Having family that are or have been overseers, it is not a "pastor of pastor's" There is so much more to deal with. Every church in the state and any problems that a Pastor, member,minister etc. could bring up.
Not to mention every church is different even if you teach the same doctrine, they are very different and many personalities. so what may work in one area will not in another.

The number of members at Peerless equal the entire membership of some states. And believe me, you want to talk about different view points on doctrine and differing personalities? Peerless has 'em all. Not only can you not make them all happy, frequently, you can't make anyone happy.

Hasn't that idea been tried before? People don't get along...let's go down the road and start a new church, same denomination.

Somebody remind how it is people will know we are His disciples? I keep forgetting.

no thank you...we already have enough in Bradley County...Why we can't just have ONE in Bradley County absolutely dumbfounds me...

Get mad at Peerless? Go to Keith Street. Mad at Keith Street? Go to Durkee Rd. Mad at Durkee Rd? Go to Spring Place. Mad at Spring Place? Go to Union Grove. African-American? Go to Wildwood.

I know people have church hopped that entire circuit (except for the Wildwood part).

Wasnt there another one too? I'm thinking 20 years ago.

I tried most all of them and wasnt comfortable at any.
