I know we did this once before (a while ago) but I ate something today that brought it back to mind:
Some flavors seem to be absolutely perfect complements to each other; they taste wonderful when experienced individually, but exponentially more incredible when tasted together.

Vanilla Ice Cream + fresh peach slices.

I'm with you on that, as long as by "mayo" you exclude that vile, vomitrocious, abomination from some place on the near outskirts of hell called "Miracle Whip." The only "miracle" in that whip is that anybody buys the nauseating, sickeningly-sweet mucous and then manages to keep it down.

I have had the bacon and cantaloupe flavors together PG while eating at a Shoney's breakfast buffet. I love both and like them at the same time as well.
