What is you favorite halloween candy (now and then)? What did you love to see in your halloween bag as a kid?

Mine peanut butter kisses and Milky Way bars. Basically anything chocolate!!

As a kid: candy corn.

Now: Skittles or Nerds

Jinjer, my Halloween bag as a kid was awesome! That was a day when people actually made homemade treats and even invited you into their homes to sample the goodies. Having a parent go trick or treating with you was unheard of and you actually waited until dark to go.

Favorite Halloween candy then: Chico Sticks, Cow Tails, Bit-O-Honey, Good 'N Plenty.

Favorite now: Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

But what I LOVED most of all (and still do) - Popcorn Balls!

Then: I don't know what they are called... but they came in orange and black wrappers. They are chewy and kinda peanut buttery. I tried finding them on google but couldn't. Know what I'm talking about?

Now: Reese's PB Pumpkins!!! Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh!!

I know what you are talking about, but I don't remember what they are called.

I liked the square kinda fat suckers that were sour and different color swirls. Anybody remember those? What were they called?

Anybody have the neighbor that gave raisins?

during halloween... candy corn.

i've recently been craving reese's peices too.

I can go you one worse. We had a neighbor who was a dentist. He gave away toothbrushes. I wanted to soap his windows and roll his yard.

I love candy corn now...

Then anything with chocalate..

I remember getting cookies that were not in zip locked bags or anything else and apples but mom never let us eat them.

I HATE candy corn!!! I don't understand what people see in that gross little piece of candy!

Can I get a witness in the house? This is probably the grossest candy around!! That is, besides circus peanuts....gagging.

I've lost all respect for you Shellie. There is nothing finer than the subtle honey flavor of candy corn. I think I'm gonna have to stop at the store and get some at lunch time.

My aunt to this day makes a pudding out of circus peanuts... IT IS TOTALLY GROSS (but my dad loves it).....

I don't really have a favorite...it is just so much fun to eat a ton of those little bitty candy bars....
