Mysterious Bible Codes

Does the Bible have such codes? I won't say what I believe just yet,but I would like to know what others believe to be true.

Absolutely not.
Why would God put codes in a Book people most people abuse, confuse, misunderstand as it is?
Don't waste your time or money.
YOu can take ANY book and run these code formulas on them and DISCOVER things!

God isn't trying to hide from us, in fact Christ went WAY out of His way just to get our attention and draw us back to God. He spoke very openly even when it went against the grain, and even instructs us to do nothing in secret.
This just doesn't fit with the concept of hidden messages.

Gnosticism lives.
When we were promised that the Holy Spirit would lead us into truth I very much doubt that meant the HS would spend twenty centuries guiding the development of technology to create super computers that could decode the secret knowledge of the Bible for us.

Kabbalah may have some writings, similar to gnostics origination but in Hebrew that is about secret knowledge and the light/spark of the tree of life/sephirot, but these kinds of things are not Christian (or Judaism/OT Bible).

I, too, am in agreement that God would not hide anything about Himself that He wants us to know, in something He did not say, and keep it hidden for hundreds of years. The scripture was given to all men for all ages for all to see. The only people who had the scripture hidden from them were those who had no access to the written word; not to those who had no access to a computer and a bunch of coded numbers.
As John was instructed when writing Revelation; "Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book". Also in the same chapter we are all warned against adding to, or taking away, anything written in this book and are given the consequences for doing so. (Rev. Chapter 10)
I believe that those who are claiming that God is speaking to man through the "codes" are in danger of those consequences.
