While I am no fan of Dell "off-shore" technical help, I have had no problems with the one's I have bought.

I bought one for our church about 3 years ago. I went with a dual monitor video card. Sorry, I cant remember the specifics of it.

KB a couple of questions.

Is your Video Card built in on the motherboard. Can it be removed?

If so is it a AGP or PCI card. Slots look different.

I usuallly recommend Nvidia Chip technology. It is a good product also the tech guys at Easy Worship sugget this. The ATI chipset has more issues with dual head video card.

Speaking of You mentioned puttting two cards in. That is prossible butr sometimes you are creating more issues.

A good Dual head video card does the trick

Here is a good medium priced card.

There are cheaper and there are more inexpensive. Depends onthe budget.

If you go dual head or dual cards make sure they have 256 meg mem.

Hope this helps.

I like Nvidia myself, as Billy mentioned the first thing you need to know is if it is AGP or PCI Express (I doubt it would be plain old PCI). If you're not sure what it is you can just post the model and I (or someone else) can look it up on the Dell website.

I'd recommend a dual head card, most Nvidia and ATI cards are dual head now. That way you don't need to have two cards, the one card will work as two.

Which I've actually never had a problem with an ATI card running dual display. I just set one up the other day at work for one of our assistant superintendents. The only place I had really head of problems with ATI was when using Linux, I'l have to take some time to search to see what issues people are having.
