Not the first time that I have read or heard that. I brought some of this up the other week. I have not been able to find the link that had the original source where I got the info on his spending and the truth about how he handled taxes while governor.

The rise of evangelical Christians as the force that blasted the GOP out of minority status during the past generation always contained an inherent danger: What if these new Republican acolytes supported not merely a conventional conservative but one of their own?
I think this is real admission on why he's getting blasted, he's too "Christian Right."
