Here are a couple of pics from last night at Deck the Tables.

Deck the Tables is a yearly Christmas Banquet at Cedar Ridge Church (Dr Ron's Church). Hostesses volunteer to decorate a table... usually with a theme. It is $15 per person. David Baroni was the entertainment. There was small MAGIC show afterwards. *gasps* That was scary at first but turned out really cool. The song played was a classic moment never to be forgotten... *winks at Ron*... The food was GREAT! It was catered by a member. We had pork chops, grilled chicken tenders with Mushrooms, carrots, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, cheesecake, spice cake (AWESOME), and banana pudding. It was REALLY good. We had a blast.

One of the tables... the bad kids table. LOL! Was decorated with the theme, Up on the House Top. They had a roof for the center piece of the table. The host and hostess were dressed as Santa and Rudolf. Everyone else was a specific reindeer. It was great. One lady had comet around her neck. Barkey's wife was Dasher, she dressed like she was running a race. One man's wife was Vixen. She was in leather and dressed very nicely. I got a few pics.. guess who these guys were.

Great huh?? Barkey said 50% of the people will see that pic and say "I KNEW IT!" the other 50% will say "NO WAY!" LOL! He said his wife has spent their marriage "maning him up" and now she made him "gay back down." He said, "I am confused especially after I visited the Broke Back Mountain Table!" It was actually a cowboy themed table. LOL!! That was hilarious though. That boy ain't right!

The big game... guess who the last guy is... the reindeer and real man behind the bling. I know him and had a hard time figuring out who it was.

My pics of David turned out bad. I can't get good pics in the dark. Ron needs to share the song him and David wrote. I told David he need Mark Lowery or someone to sing it and make big bucks! We could build a nice building with that dough Ron. ;)

That's him! He was Dancer (hip hop)! LOL!! It took a good long stare to realize it was him. It was hilarious. He tried to dance for us but he is too white. It didn't work. LOL!

You win the satisfaction of knowing.

You know, honestly, I have a blast every time I go.

I always wanted a church that was busy busy busy. I hate it when leadership says they just don't have the time because they are too busy in their personal life. An active church is an alive and thriving church. A church with leadership active in their personal life and too busy for more than the typical 3 services a week is going to die.
