My camera also takes video in a .mpg file. What I was wondering if there is a Windows program that I can use to compress the size of the file. Generally, a 10 minute movie is about 200MB or larger in size.

If you have the time and bandwidth.. upload it to Google video and then rip it back off with those speciality websites. It will slam it down to a tiny .flv in a hurry. Or you could buy Flash Video Encoder and just do it yourself.
