Any handyman out there?

I need help. My dog chewed through my cord on my vacuum. It is the Dyson all floor ball version. How do I replace the cord, and can I do it myself?

You can do it yourself but probably easier to let your local vacuum repair shop do it for you. We've replaced a couple on our church vacuums and actually had the shop but extra long cords on for easier cleaning (less plugging/unplugging).

you can splice the two ends together
But that's only a temp fix (homemade splice that is)
