I totally fell down the steps. LMBO! I laughed so hard I couldn't think to see if I was hurt! :o It was too funny. Danny was snapping pics of me laying at the bottom.

Humor has subsided and pain has set in. I seriously hurt my back. I caught myself and stopped my fall with my shoulder blade. YEOW! I am gonna have a serious bruise. :? I also scraped the bottom of my foot and it feels bruised. Sheesh!

I’m such a goober. 8) Just thought I'd share. :D I can't remember the last time I fell! I am getting too old for this. I coulda broke a hip or something. ;)

When I was a young single guy, I was carrying a bag of groceries and went to step up on the sidewalk and instead of stepping UP enough onto the sidewalk, my foot hit about mid-curb height fast and hard and I went KER-SPLAT with groceries rolling everywhere, falling flat right in front of 3 pretty young girls my age!!! REAL COOL!!!!!!
And a male friend laughing his head off. At least he didn't take pics 8)
Flash backs from your tumble LOL...

Don't be too hard on yourself, at times I have been known to be less than graceful. The last particular time was about 1 1/2 years ago, I was walking across the parking lot and stepped in a pothole, I had on flipflops, the shoe went in one direction and I went in another direction, down. There was this very nice looking young man right behind me who came over to help and asked if he could call the paramedics. At this point I panicked because I work at the school that teaches the paramedics in our county and my immediate superviser is a paramedic who was on duty that day and was with the unit that would have responded. I assured the nice man that I was fine as he helped me up and I got in my car and left as rapidly as possible. The next day I found out that I had broken my wrist. Just as I had known he would do, my boss couldn't stop laughing when he heard about it and was diasappointed that he didn't get to see me sprawled out on my face in the parking lot. Just be sure to take care and if you don't start feeling better so get checked out.

Backpain isn't anything to rush thru.. Trust me. Take your time and mend as needed. After you've spent a month + on your back in bed.. you will learn not to PUSH it. Give it time and don't push the pain.. let it heal as needed.

God Bless!!
