Hey I was curious what part of North carolina did you move to. Man I would love to have 4 acres but unless I want to drive almost 2 hours to work it will be a while because of the unreal price. We are hoping ot move to "pungo" which is a country side of va beach that most dont know about but is beautiful. Yet as I said that is a planning stage because I want 4 or more acres!!
Congrats on the home!!!!!

I had 10 acres in Texas. At first I really loved it. But after a few years it got to be a lot of work to keep it up. had to buy a 9N Ford tractor, brush hog to keep it mowed nice.
Spent all my extra time just working on the grounds. I have 1/4 acrea now and it is perfect. I watch as the lawncrew comes in weekly to do all the work.

Becasue Of my physical situation i could not keep up an average lawn. But if I could afford 4 acres in va beach it would be nothing to pay someone to kep it up. I understand what you mean Pastor Gary it is almost like that the closer you get to the ocean front.

PG, 1 acre equals 43,590 square feet. Just something I know.

The house and property was just signed over to us for legal purposes. It belongs to Doris. She just signed it over to us, "just in case." We are NOT moving anywhere. If I move anywhere, I want to move to Oregon. There is no more beautiful place in the continental U.S.
But we are staying right here in Murfreesboro, Tn.
Sorry for the confusion.
