The "N" word

I've shared before with you all the "dirty" words of the small children at school.

The "s" word is stupid, the "d" word is dumb, the "f" word is fart and so on. Well, we now have a new one.

One of our K4's told her mother that her teacher said the "n" word to her. Her mother, knew that Mrs. Hurley did NOT use the "N" word as we all know it so she started to question her.

"Can I say it?" the little one asked. Her mom told her to go ahead. "Will I get into trouble?" Her mom assured her that she would not get into trouble for repeating the dreaded "N" word.

The little four year old dropped her head and muttered, "Mrs. Hurley said...'Knock it off!!'"

Thought you all could use a cute laugh today.

I know some that it would fall in line with "Shut up" as being offensive.

My son, age 7 at the time, requested prayer for me in children's church one Sunday. He said, "Pray for my mom, she's been saying a lot of bad words lately." Not being able to resist, the leader asked him what I had said. He said, "The "s" word." She asked him what was the "s" word. He spelled it out: "s-h-u-t--u-p."
