Jude 2

In our Reunion Pastors Meeting Tuesday night we spent most of our time in prayer. We prayed for many of our young adults and teens by name. We all agreed to FAST one meal tomorrow and spend extra time in prayer, as we repent for our areas of failure and call upon the Lord for a revival of higher standards and holy living. In talking to someone I referred to it as "Weeping Wednesday" because I had in mind the passage in Luke 19:41 in which Jesus wept over Jerusalem because of their lack of response. Our leaders were weeping Tuesday night over the recent decline in the standard of holy living we are seeing in our youth and young adults... the desensitization to sin, the creeping affection for the values of the world, the absence of Holy Spirit conviction in many of those we have nurtured and discipled.

You're invited to join us as we fast and pray. We're starting with one meal, on Wednesdays, and we are asking God...
• to forgive us, as leaders, for failing to provide consistent youth programs and youth leadership.
• to pour Holy Spirit conviction upon those who are drifting from a vital relationship with Christ.
• to either raise up or bring us a plugged in, charismatic, tested, faithful, Youth Pastor with unblemished integrity.
• to help us reestablish our Youth Camp Ministry with new leadership an anointing.
• to restore those who have dropped out, fallen away, given up, or fallen through the cracks... we want them all back!

We welcome and invite you to join our leaders in this time of prayer, repentance and seeking the face of God.

Our new Director of Student Ministries has his KICK OFF Youth Service tonight. They will have a party atmosphere with Pizza, snacks and drinks - (NON ALCOHOLIC!) LOL in a get acquainted time with some WORD and then recreation - pool table, ping pong and basket ball.
Pray with us that it is a great success. The last youth guy I had in took it down to ONE young person.
Praying for a BREAKTHROUGH in HAWAII for you!

It would be neat if all of the Jude2 family adopted the “Weeping Wednesday” of prayer and fasting. Joining in on this time of prayer, repentance, and seeking the face of God.

Lets face it All of us have needs in our lives, and all of us have a desire to see God move and work in our churches, states, HOMES…. etc.

Pastor Gary, Atlanta Bishop ---Count me in sirs. I stand in agreement with you, praying for God to Kiss the KINGDOM and touch the hearts of all of us.
