More Obama Stimulus stuff

I just heard on K-Love this morning that in the stimulus plan there is money put aside for colleges.

However, if those colleges who receive funding have Bible Studies or any type of worship or service on campus grounds, their funding will be taken away from them.

Has anyone else heard anything about this?
