I have been sick 3 times this winter. And, many of our members have been sick multiple times this winter. How about you?

Four or more. Strep twice at least. Never got stress before I had a kid in the house, Now I get it almost as much as he.

There wasn't a zero so I couldn't vote.

I haven't had a cold all year. Been a year since I had one...and before that it was two.

I used to get colds all the time...now hardly any at all.

My wife is a nurse and she is around sick people all the time...she works at a hospital where they seem to congregate for some reason...

But I know the truth...

Doctors kill people...everyone that I know died was seeing doctors...so I avoid them like the plague.

I'd like to recommend the nasal flush for those of you who have been getting sick. When I get sick, it starts with itchy sinuses and then grows into stopped up, etc. If I start that saline nasal flush when the itchiness begins, most of the time it stops it before it begins.

Yeap, the kids bring home everything in the world, eventually you build up an immunity to most of it, but it can be rough.

Rose was getting strep so much that she had to have her tonsils removed a few months ago, it was rough, but she is SO glad she did, as now she isn't dealing with strep like she did before.

Same here. Zero.

Zero for me also... but I think it is because I have been running on full throttle and those pesty germs can't catch up (now watch me get sick, if I am not at church Sunday it will be your fault)...

DeWayneTN is right about the nasal flush. I have only been sick twice this winter. Last winter I had a number of sinus infections and lung infections and ended up with pneumonia. I finally saw a lung specialist this summer who told me to do the nasal flush. I do this twice a day, it is not fun, but it works.

once not counting bad sinus problems that I have all the time. This year's cold wasn't as bad as in previous years.

When I was stationed in Hawaii I came home in December to get married, done got used to the 60 to 83 degree weather. It was below freezing here, by the time I got bck to Hawaii I was one sick kid. So sick that I got bed rest from the army.

Would not advise a winter visit back to the main land.

That would depend upon your definition of "sick."

No colds, but did get the flu...not fun! The high temperature caused me to have weird dreams.
