The Hiney Flu

Well, ABC News has gone to calling this thing the North American flu. Now, it's our fault that a handful of Mexicans in Mexico caught the flu from Mexican pigs and died from a lack of Mexican healthcare.

The CDC is calling it H1N1 now.

I just can't call it that. But, when I read it, it looks like "hini". So, I hereby officially dub the Mexican pig flu as the Hiney flu. All references to it in all media reports shall so designate the disease when creating panic and otherwise generally fearmongering in order to give President Obama credit for stopping it cold when it peters out.

Anyone not using the term Hiney flu in such reports shall be thoroughly boring and considered not worth considering.

I must have missed the post PG is referring to, so I decided to do a search of Jude 2 to find it. I still have no idea what he's referring to, but I did run into this little gem of a post by our dear departed Centrist:

I hope he does come back!!!! I dont know the history because I have not been on the board but a year or two but I have seen many people called worse and myself as well and they are still here, is he banned permanently?

I am not questioning or being sarcastic to the Moderators, I am one as well (on our board) and I know some decisions are made and not everyone understands. I have had to ban someone that had been banned here previously, but I do hope to bring the person back to our board. I had to ban the individual when another moderator/pastor/Bishop was insulted and his integrity was questioned. So I understand hard decisions have to be made but I hope he comes back.

The Hiney flu is back in the news. WHO just won't give up, will they? Did the UN not get the memo? Obama is president, now. No flu virus can stand against him. Not even the Hiney flu. WHO is just being whiny.

This leads us to a new syndrome that I call the Hiney Flu Whiny WHO Syndrome. When you are trying your dead level best to matter, and you've got the backing of all the major media, but your message falls because it simply is an alarmist scare-tactic to place yourself into power and relevancy, and you just keep on overplaying small stories as if they are earth-shattering discoveries, bringing melodrama to bear on isolated incidents of no national or worldly importance, all for the sake of making yourself large and in charge, that IS the Hiney-Flu-Whiny-WHO Syndrome.
