Sarah Palin STILL not getting a divorce (in case you don’t believe it)
http://features.csmonitor.com/politics/ ... elieve-it/

Rumors of former Governor Sarah Palin and former First Dude Todd getting a divorce were quickly batted down by Palin spokeswoman Meg Stapleton today. "There is no truth to the recent 'story' (and story is the correct term for this type of fiction)

btw.. Who new.... did you really believe it or did you WANT to believe it?
I bet you want to believe in man made global warming also, eh?

This explains much.

whether or not the story is true, false, or whatever. She still quit her position in mid-term. Not the way to go if she aspires a higher office.

Actually, here's a really brief list of politicians who quit mid-term:
Barack Obama
Joe Biden

Still, you might be right. The powers that be will continue to crucify her over it (unike all the others).

Using that logic, she should be our next president! :)

Actually.. I think it's brilliant. Here are just a few reasons.

1) She thought of her state before herself. Saving Alaska from becoming a freak show. Knowing when to quit IS key for the good of the people you serve. What a concept!!

2) She totally neutered the liberal attack machines that invested so much in making her last year pure hell. Just imagine the millions in man power and office setups they invested. All gone now. Now all they are "left" with are these poor stories from websites they created. Sad.

3) She yet again.. changed the rules of the Alaska Political Game. This allows her successor the ability to start fresh, run on an original agenda away from this firestorm and literally become the incumbent in this next election. While highlighting Alaska in a positive manner again.

4) Divides the enemy's friend. It also divides the "hate base". Meaning that now the Liberal's friends are now divided as some were solely invested into this from the Alaska perspective. The millions funneled in were Palin destruction focused only. These common focused / merged groups are now split. The group splits as the local crowd now goes after the new Governor and the other remains on Palin.

Yet.. she still remains just a politically powerful as ever campaigning for people that share her political values.

Genius. Methinks you sadly underestimate this.
