OKay, so there is no sensible reason to try the terrorists in a public court.

Here's the reasons....

1. Most if not all were not read their rights such as the right to remain silent, the right to an attorney, etc.

2. Most did not have attorney's for years

3. The Constitution guarantees citizens the right to a speedy and fair trial. These guys have been locked up for years without trial and there is no chance of a fair trial because EVERYONE knows who these cats are and what they did.

4. The possibility of the city and court room becoming a terror target greatly increases.

5. Some liberal judge throws the case out and the killers walk free right out into NYC.


So why on Earth would Holder and Obama do this (even though Obama stood as a Senator against such)?

My theory is that since these guys killed civilians they are being tried in a public court. (Holder said that much). They want to make a precedence with this which would allow for our folks who may have killed civilians abroad to be tried in courts abroad. Make sense?


In other words if Iraq said Bush killed innocent civilians by ordering air raid such and such then we want to try him in our courts and we will use your own precedence as our back up.

It's tragic and designed to distract on several fronts.

1) Keep his left wing Bush/War Crazies busy/distracted and off his back. They have recently turned on him and so he is having to response/reward his only real core left wing base group.

2) Setup 2012 re-election platform. Just like in 08.. he ran against BUSH.. not McCain and he plans on running against BUSH again in 2012. To do this.. he must keep the Bush Terror War Haters active, motivated, and marching to one drum beat. Keep left propaganda high against Bush War on Terror. If nothing more again.. to keep left crazies galvanized.

3) Allowing Muslim VS Christian divide to continue so to reduce Christian influences over America. The terrorist will be able to spew their propaganda of a religious war and turn the moderates off. Also to the reverse... this will awake the other fence riding Muslim Terror Sleepers planted long ago - like in the recent Military base shooting.

4) Essentially CONVICT America as bad. For Obama's agenda to be effective.. America has to be proven as evil, bad, rotten at the core. IF this is done effectively.. it will make it easier for his Social Change Agendas to move forward.


The "Tea Party" people have had great success at these rallies and Obama has to strategically push that agenda back and figure out a way to fire up his base. The recent lackluster elections were alarm bell indicators.

Interesting to see the spectacle that results.

They are doing this to put the Bush Administration on trial, IMHO They will get all of America vested in this, somehow nullify the charges because of interrogation techniques and then try to direct America's anger toward Bush in order to prosecute for war crimes.
