Sorry I've been busy myself.. but just had to post this amazing.. " I told ya so"...

Climategate: the final nail in the coffin of 'Anthropogenic Global Warming'?

http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/james ... l-warming/

Manipulation of evidence:
I’ve just completed Mike’s Nature trick of adding in the real temps to each series for the last 20 years (ie from 1981 onwards) amd from 1961 for Keith’s to hide the decline.

Private doubts about whether the world really is heating up:
The fact is that we can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can’t. The CERES data published in the August BAMS 09 supplement on 2008 shows there should be even more warming: but the data are surely wrong. Our observing system is inadequate.

If you own any shares in alternative energy companies I should start dumping them NOW. The conspiracy behind the Anthropogenic Global Warming myth (aka AGW; aka ManBearPig) has been suddenly, brutally and quite deliciously exposed after a hacker broke into the computers at the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit (aka CRU) and released 61 megabytes of confidential files onto the internet. (Hat tip: Watts Up With That)

When you read some of those files – including 1079 emails and 72 documents – you realise just why the boffins at CRU might have preferred to keep them confidential. As Andrew Bolt puts it, this scandal could well be “the greatest in modern science”. These alleged emails – supposedly exchanged by some of the most prominent scientists pushing AGW theory

****

I find it ironic that a hacker has to reveal the truth. Talk about 1984.
Common sense should have exposed this long ago.

Beam me up Scotty.

That's only if you think "hackers" are a bad thing in the digital world.  :P

Climategate: five Aussie MPs lead the way by resigning in disgust over carbon tax

http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/james ... arbon-tax/

My understanding is that it was necessarily a hacker but an insider, possibly an IT guy, that saw emails being deleted to hide from "right to know laws" and basically outted these crooks. I could have heard bad info though.

Leaked emails won't harm UN climate body, says chairman

http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/2 ... ked-emails

Pachauri said he did not agree. He said an independent inquiry into the emails would achieve little, but there should be a criminal investigation into how the emails came to light.

Wow.. talk about your search for the real truth from the top down. Blame the messenger exposing the corruption. Translation: You idiots think we're going to release our power?

Pachauri said it was not clear whether the wording of the emails reflected the scientists' intended actions, but said: "I really think people should be discreet … in this day and age anything you write, even privately, could become public and to put anything down in writing is, to say the least, indiscreet … It is another matter to talk about this to your friends on the telephone or person to person but to put it down in writing was indiscreet.

Wow.. he just told all the climate extortion "magic math" gurus to not get over zealous just yet with all the emails, instant messages, text etc and keep mouths closed because absolute power is not yet attained.

If this was about creditability and finding real solutions all of this would be open and transparent and not done in a "discreet" or hidden manner.

Beam me up Scotty.

Btw.. it's also a backlash of FAKE emails spiraling to impugn the real emails.

If they can successfully weave in these extremely fake and have these published.. they will point to the "crazy deniers again" and gloss over the truth. Be aware of the huge setup going on..

Here is one such example of a Fake Email Post written for the "snippit" news media.

Al Gore: The Poet Laureate of Climate Change

One thin September soon
A floating continent disappears
In midnight sun

Vapors rise as
Fever settles on an acid sea

... pleading for poets, musicians, and other artists to bring their talents to bear in the climate fight.

Don't know the details, but this morning I heard on the radio that Russia was responsible for the hacking. Something about holding on to their gas and oil power. I don't know, they could have been way off base you know how some of these radio shows go. Any heard any thing about this? :?:

This article seems to state based on the Unix Timestamp.. it was an internal job, not external hacker...

Actually the e-mail archives are named by Unix timestamp, ranging from Thu, 07 Mar 1996 14:41:07 GMT through to Thu, 12 Nov 2009 19:17:44 GMT. This is a strong indicator they are extracted from an enterprise archive, probably by the FOIA Compliance Officer and not hacked from individual’s workstations.

Climategate: Gore falsifies the record
http://blogs.news.com.au/heraldsun/andr ... the_record

Al Gore has studied the Climategate emails with his typically rigorous eye and dismissed them as mere piffle:

Q: How damaging to your argument was the disclosure of e-mails from the Climate Research Unit at East Anglia University?

A: To paraphrase Shakespeare, it’s sound and fury signifying nothing. I haven’t read all the e-mails, but the most recent one is more than 10 years old. These private exchanges between these scientists do not in any way cause any question about the scientific consensus.

In fact, as Watts Up With That shows, one Climategate email was from just two months ago. The most recent was sent on November 12 - just a month ago. The emails which have Tom Wigley seeming (to me) to choke on the deceit are all from this year. Phil Jones’ infamous email urging other Climategate scientists to delete emails is from last year.

How closely did Gore read these emails? Did he actually read any at all? Was he lying or just terribly mistaken? What else has he got wrong?

Copenhagen climate summit in disarray after 'Danish text' leak
Developing countries react furiously to leaked draft agreement that would hand more power to rich nations, sideline the UN's negotiating role and abandon the Kyoto protocol

http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/2 ... anish-text

The UN Copenhagen climate talks are in disarray today after developing countries reacted furiously to leaked documents that show world leaders will next week be asked to sign an agreement that hands more power to rich countries and sidelines the UN's role in all future climate change negotiations.

Wow.

Somebody really upset this inside hacker/leaker. More leaks?
Somebody forgot to payoff somebody, eh?

Inconvenient truth for Al Gore as his North Pole sums don't add up
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/e ... 956783.ece

Perhaps Mr Gore had felt the need to gild the lily to buttress resolve. But his speech was roundly criticised by members of the climate science community. “This is an exaggeration that opens the science up to criticism from sceptics,” Professor Jim Overland, a leading oceanographer at the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said.

“You really don’t need to exaggerate the changes in the Arctic.”

Green Pope?

Rich nations must assume environmental duties: pope
http://uk.reuters.com/article/idUKTRE5BE1UR20091215

VATICAN CITY (Reuters) - Industrialized nations must recognize their responsibility for the environmental crisis, shed their consumerism and embrace more sober lifestyles, Pope Benedict said on Tuesday.

The pope's call for more environmental commitments came in his message for the Roman Catholic Church's annual World Day of Peace, to be marked on Jan 1 and whose theme is "If You Want to Cultivate Peace, Protect Creation."

The message is traditionally sent to heads of state, government and international organizations and its importance this year is more significant because its release coincided with the U.N. climate conference in Copenhagen.

"Humanity needs a profound cultural renewal; it needs to rediscover those values which can serve as the solid basis for building a brighter future for all," he said.

"Our present crises -- be they economic, food-related, environmental or social -- are ultimately also moral crises, and all of them are interrelated."

"Sad to say, it is all too evident that large numbers of people in different countries and areas of our planet are experiencing increased hardship because of the negligence or refusal of many others to exercise responsible stewardship over the environment," he said.

•••••••••

Wow. Is it ok.. to say that the Pope has been reached?

His message isn't the world IS going to all BURN one day.. and get your life covered under the blood of Jesus.... but "humans" need "profound cultural renewal" by protecting creation? Hua?

How things be "all too evident".. when it's based on FAKE science? Are we to use "fake/junk science" or "untruths" to encourage HUMANS.. to better behavior? Use basically lies to "rediscover those values" on how to build a brighter future?

Wow.. what ever happened to the TRUTH?
