Tax Credits
Tax Credit Ends December 31, 2009.
The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act (EESA) allows new qualifying vehicles purchased on or before December 31st, 2009 to be eligible for the Qualified Plug-In Electric Drive Motor Vehicle Credit under Internal Revenue Code 30D. All the cars sold by Drive Electric meet the qualifications of this credit and have received their certification from the US Department of the Treasury.
