Could it be found in a "pat-down"? I can imagine a lot of men lining up for this security job.

Also men are getting them put in their appendix area or buttocks.

I imagine, though, that you could see the implants in a man's appendix, and that would be probable cause enough (under American law) to further investigate before allowing someone to board a plane.

Buttocks and breasts? That's a detail that would require its own agency within Homeland Security, isn't it?? Can you imagine the numbers of people under immediate "suspicion"? Or, do you just go ahead and racially profile including Arabic or middle- and far-eastern Islamic nationals (which has to be a better way that what we've got now!)? I don't know how we'd ever really control for it.
