Got a good laugh today

We had told our foster daughters that I was going to have surgery soon several weeks ago. But had not used the C word.

Tonight my wife called all the girls into living room and had a talk with them about what was going on.

Surgery, hospital, how it was going to affect them (transportation etc. I am chief chauffer).

She also explained to them that the surgery was to remove cancer from my stomach. Hopefully that will take care of everything and would not need further treatment such as chemo. etc.

Upon hearing the word chemo the girls snickered. It surprised my wife a bit and asked them why they snickered.

They said.

PaPa would look so funny with no hair.. go figure..

I needed the laugh.
