Jude 2

Hank wrote a classic gospel song, "I Saw The Light." I have often wondered how a drunkered could write a gospel song that has transended through the years. The old saying, the Lord works in mysterious ways must apply here. I know God uses sinners in His work but I can't help but wonder why. Anyway, I enjoy singing this old song that is recognized by so many.

Amen Dolfan.

Rascal,
"I Saw The Light" is a great song, but it is just scratching the surface of the Gospel and social songs Hank wrote. He wrot hundreds of them, some of them very deep. Hank was raised in church...there every time the doors were opened. He knew the right way, but he chose the wrong road.
