Most of yu no doubt heard of the bomb threat on Delta Airlines flight from paris to Atlanta Monday. Well I could guve you all the first hand info. Nancy, myself and two other team members were on the flight and I was sitting directly in front of the individual. What an experience. at 39,000 feet when the attendants are asking for all the blankets all pillows and usung the food carts as a make shift bomb containment. Then taking all spare seat cussions to help contain damages. An amazing experience. We were diverted to Bangar maine, first stop in the us with a long enough runway to land and take off. spent 7 hours with fbi, tsa, homeland security and of course local ploice. I kept looking for Special agent Gibbs and FBI Parnell to show up but no such luck.

spent the night finally in Maine then rerouted three stops to finally get home. so we went from Mombassa, Kenya t Niarobi to Zurich Zwiserland, to Paris to Maine to detroit to salt lake city then to Cali. Long trip..Gee I really love america

BTW: we graduated 200 students in Kenya and 27 in Tanzania.. I leave may 8th for Pakistan we will graduate about 70 there.

Ouch. I was curious on the details of that flight... and here you are.

Did the guy go nuts? Or did he just make comments. Did he seem drugged?

he went nuts....just before he lost it he passed a note to the attendant that his passport was invalid and that he had a bomb. The air marshal that was on board confronted him and was able to subdue him and take him to the back gally area. We were sitting in the last row. He went bonkers in the gally and tried to open the door. the marshal was able to strap him and confine him until we landed. We were not suppose to be on this flight. When we went to Nairobi to get our flight to Amsterdam we were told we got bumped because of the back log from the volcano situation.
