Web authoring tools for Mac

We really need to make some updates to our website, and it's been a little while since I've worked on one, so does anyone have any suggestions on good web authoring tools for the Mac, especially if they are free!

I know iWeb is there, but it looks rather limited to me.

BBEdit or Text wrangler are great if you are writing the code.

Btw.. remember to nix the buggy Flash and use Javascript for detailed drilled in database navigation and HTML5 encoding on any video so that it's iPad and iPhones, iTouch friendly..

I don't know if we'll get that complicated. Right now it'll need to be fairly simple for the person setting it up. She's new to web design.
