Read that article. I tell you, usually I just sneer with no little amount of contempt for this woman's actions. I read this, and I got a little scared for her. She is either so genuinely messed up that she actually believes everything that she's saying is good, right and true (and non-contradictory), OR she's so cynical that she expects voters to believe that she believes it and that they'll actually admire her for it and continue to support her. In keeping with her past affinity for contradiction and don't-give-a-rip-about-people policy statements, I choose to believe she's just being cynical about the public. Which, if true, (I say in my best Everett Ulysses McGill voice ) stands her in scary stead vis a vis the judgment of her eternal soul.

She is political to the core and this was the result of a strategy meeting.

It is a distraction to create viral chatter and email forwards and distract from her total failure on the overall key issues.

As stupid as she sounded I'd think her left wing base would snarl at the very mention of the Lord in government. Most of these atheist cooks come out of her neck of the woods.
