International Presbytery Meeting

I am sitting in the International Presbytery Meeting of the COGOP - Session 1 of more than I want to think about. 
Pretty impressive group of leaders.
Highlights so far:
• More relaxed atmosphere! (We are encouraged toward casual dress, losing the suits and ties! I am finally in style.)
• Great opening devotional in which we were urged to drop the titles and get relational — call one another by first name! (Again... I am apparently ahead of my time. )
• Membership in COGOP worldwide now tops 1.5 million worldwide... great increase since we were at about 300,000 15 years ago.
• Emphasis upon leadership development, and not just at Pastoral level... kids, youth.
