Looking for retail space.....

Alright, this is so 180 degrees out of phase with my other post, but the reason I jumped on here this afternoon was THIS post, not the other one.

We're looking for a storefront or stand alone building or space in a retail area. Doesn't need to be the newest but needs to be clean and in or very, very near a high traffic area with plenty of parking or near enough to lots of foot traffic that parking is not the greatest concern.

Areas we're particularly interested in: Tupelo, MS; Athens, AL; Franklin, TN; Guntersville, AL; any municipality with a population of more than 22,000 in an area bounded by, say Nashville, Tupelo and Guntersville or Gadsden, AL.

We're looking at maybe 1,000 square feet or so. Wouldn't be a lot. If you have any contacts or suggestions, please shoot me a PM or email.

Let me see if I can get the number for the shopping centers fronting Barnes Crossing Mall in Tupelo. There's several available spaces there, and it's right in THE high traffic area for Tupelo.

I know there are several places available in the mall area that are available... Depending on what you are planning to use it for there are also some available out in the hospital area also... I will see if I can get a contact when I am out and about in the next couple of days...
