I thank you all that prayed for me when I posted it here.
I have lost 30lbs eating right , exercising etc.... all against my neurologist orders.
I prayed and prayed, fasted and fasted about this because I have suffered with severe neck/back pain for 10 years. GOD has healed me and I take no meds for my back and see no more specialist I AM PAIN FREE!
God is good! I was told if I left their care I would be permentaly disabled, I could not accept that and God had another plan. I feel great and so thankful for Gods touch.
I suffered with such severe pain everyday to have it gone for minutes was a blessing but to be gone all the time is worthy of shouting! I run/walk 4 miles now , lift weights and i am healthy>
10 long years but thank you JESUS!

wow...congrats and praise the Lord...pray some of that my way...I need to lose about 80 lbs. You are well aware of the problems that too much weight cause. I had lost 30 as you...and gained it back over the last 9 months in our transition to TX. I'm trying to get back on the wagon...I started with a haircut today 8) Told my barber to go short...military style...said I was going to be walking and hopefully jogging soon and wanted to be cooler :D
