History is so very important...

All through the Bible we are instructed, yea commanded, to "remember".....
We are never told to "worship history" or to "idolize" history...but we are told to "remember" and to "tell it to our children, and our children's children"...
Yet, so many are searching for the "new thang"...and have no connection to history...
I've noticed this recently in so many local churches, and it saddens me beyond description....
