My daughter is going in a mission trip. I am quite sure this will be the first of many she will go on. She just found out that they will be doing something--- i can not recall what it is called, it is like VBS here.

I wanted to share with you all you have helped me pray for Lindsey on different things over the years, and she is grown into a fine young woman


Family and Friends--

I have been given this awesome opportunity to go on an mission trip with Gardner Webb University to Jinotega, Nicaragua. We will be going during our Spring Break, March 9-16 2012.

We will be working at a special needs school, and working with the Red Cross. I am very Excited to be a part of this trip. I have wanted to go on a mission trip for a few years now. And I am seeing the Lord opening this door for me.

You may be asking how can I help?

The first thing I am asking you for is prayers for me and for the GW team that will be going to Nicaragua. We need the prayers that the Lord will prepare us for our visit and bless our efforts.

We will all so need prayers for our Financial needs to be meet. I need to raise $2,000. My Goal is to have All the money raised by Dec 31 2011. Would you consider a small donation to help me on this trip?

GW moved the date till Feb to have all money in, She has raised over half of the money.

Little by little the money has came in.

This has given me a new look on people who do mission work. Never did I kow how much work it takes to get the funds needs to do what he lord has called you to do.

We are learning to have faith that She will have all the funds needed by the dead line.

The lord is so good to us

Please keep this in your prayers. She is all most has all her money raised. She needs 400 more and she will have it all.
