Anyone have any direct experience working with an Adopt-A-Block ministry in the Dream Center mold where you weekly canvas a neighborhood offering to serve in some way?

I'm just doing some fact-finding and want to hear about your experiences.

How many volunteers did you have? How well were you able to keep volunteers motivated? How did you organize? How effective was it as an outreach? Etc.

That sounds very interesting, I have never herd of that before.

If you do it, do it on my block. I sure could use some help cleaning my yard up.
