Web Builder Sites

I am looking for a good web builder site. I looked at Homestead, but have read negative reviews of their practices. Can anyone point me to a good web builder site?

These are the some of the recommended offerings of a good web builder:

Do I own my domain name?
Can I host it elsewhere, or do I have to host it with you?
Can I bring in my own designer, or do I have to use your templates or your designers?
Is there a limit on the number of pages I can have on my website?
Is there a limit on the number of images I can have on a page?
Can I optimize my individual Title Tags, one at a time?
Can I write my own Meta Description Tags, one at a time?
Can I write as many words on my pages as I want, or is there a limit?
Is there a limit on the number of content pages (as opposed to product pages) I can have on my site?
Can I access the Robots txt. portion of my website?
Can I write my own search-engine-friendly URLs?
Can I access the CSS?

Thanks,
pa

Easy. Wordpress.org

I know a great designer and developer too, if you want a custom theme (tammyhartdesigns.com) Or I can point you to some snazzy pre-made themes as well, that is if you're not satisfied with the tons of free themes you can sift through in the repository.

Does Wordpress answer all of the aforementioned questions in the affirmative?

Yes. The only one I'm iffy about is the robot.txt question. But I'm confident that's a yes as well. I'll check to make sure.
