When I raise my hands to praise the Lord, you laugh at me....... How wrong you are. Anyone know this song? Thanks.
Sorry

"How Wrong You Are"...written by Ronnie Hinson, and sung by the legendary Hinsons (mid-1970s).
Chorus:
And it won't matter though the cry be "Sorry Lord, I didn't know
And though the tears be shed enough to make the rivers overflow.
It won't be a simple matter of 'I'll be better off by far'
For when it's then too late, you can celebrate how wrong you are.
I"m sorry...I can't remember the words to the verses....It was on the first recording where Chris (Hawkins) Freeman sang. That particular album had "Hallelujah Meetin' "That I Could Still Go Free" and "Carry On" as selections as well.
Yvonne Hinson Johnson is one of my Facebook friends. Let me see if she can get the words for me...

I love all the music connections with people here. It is neat. Last week, a lady came into the store. She had been to a concert. Aaron Tippin. "There was a guy named Regie Hamm that opened for him."

I said, "Hey, I know his dad!"
