Gerald, I believe that Billy meant to say "laid-off." This misunderstanding points out the need to
proof read what we write
before we hit the submit button. The electronic communication available today seems to be as much a hindrance as a help in communicating our thoughts clearly. Because of the immediateness (
*tongue in cheek* "and it's oh so important" that we say something) of this medium people have that people have become careless in conveying their thoughts in their rush to make a statement. This becomes habitual and spills over into their normal written communications. Please people . . . . . PROOF READ!
TW
ps: Don't even get me started on "Texting!"

Bill are you wanting to get a new laptop one that is has the fastest processor or do you just want to upgrade your laptop processor?
If looking at buying a new/used Dell with the fastest processor that would be with Intel® Core™ i7 Quad-Core processors. They come in the Dell XPS series.

Okay Okay you got me it was supposed to say Laid OFF and yes sometimes TW I tend to think faster than I type. I do check for misspelling etc..
And after rereading the part that Gerald highlighted. Oh well at least we are not sitting at the supper table and blushing.. in front of parents....
---------------------------------
okay continue on.
What I am trying to figure out is out of the list of Dell laptops that I posted is the faster or has more processor speed. take for example.
The D610 and D620 the 620 is Dual core where the 610 is not.,
Here is the reasons
1. I cannot buy a new one
2. I shop on Ebay for good deals. etc.
And I have a couple of Docking Stations that all of those Dell laptops connect to..
Just wanting the faster Processor that plugs into the stations. Mem and hard drive etc can be added..
