just curious, why go with black when you live in a sunny/tropical environment?

Several reasons -
1) Black T-shirts sell the best here. (Bigger people prefer slimming colors, maybe?)

2) The worship band will wear them on stage now and then, and we prefer dark colors on them. Faces really stand out against the black stage background and the video guys don't fight white balance issues. LOL

3) All REUNION stuff is intentionally black & white. Even out huge box truck has a white box and black logo. The artist designed the graphic to be printed white with gray around it on black.

4) Believe me, we see enough aloha print bright colors daily.

Wouldnt a sunny environment make black a hot color to wear?

I mean black soaks up all light and increases temperature.
