Christian play cards!?

Daggonit, and I lost that miniature card deck I got out of that gumball machine in 69 when the Bishop got ahold of them and burned them.

But anyway....

You been playing Dad in Monopoly, lately?

I have played golf with some bishops & pastors who I would classify as cheaters. They claim some obscure rule, or what ever. but when you hit your ball into the water on a par 4, take 2 shots to get to the green and 2 putt... there is no way that could be considered a par.

Now, if there is a way to bend or twist a rule without breaking it, then I would consider that getting an advantage. No harm there.

I HATE it when people cheat at games. Especially Rook. In fact, there is a certain teacher/preacher/poster here on jude2 (who used to wear hot pink pants) - won't mention any names 8) - that brought a bag of M&M's with him to my house to play Rook one night. I think it took me all night to catch on to what he was doing.

And being the daughter of a retired golf playing preacher, have heard MANY stories about preachers cheating on the golf course. Mulligans prevail!!

It is one thing to use a mulligan if everyone plays by the same rules. It is another to not count strokes or pick up the ball and move it to a better lie.

I have no problem with moving the ball around and not playing by the official rules.... if score is not being kept.

If you want to see what a person is really made of, and to test thier santification, " put them in competition". It will bring out the real person.
" And That's the bottom line, cause I said so," ( stone cold)

Ah, Scrabble..........that's my game.

My most challenging games were played with a college professor. We played with a chess clock. She played on the Scrabble circuit......oh yes, there is one.
