Prayer for cousin whose daughter died

My cousin, Gary, has two young adult children -- a son and a daughter -- both were stricken with Freidrich's ataxia (form of muscular dystrophy, genetically passed, and it essentially destroys the heart over a number of years) while they were kids. The daughter, Katherine, died last night.

Gary is especially unprepared for this. Lots of family dynamics at play, but all I can say is he needs your prayers. As do his wife and son, and their extended families. Gary is not a believer. I drove out to visit with him and Katherine day before yesterday, prayed with them for a moment and visited for a while with family I haven't seen much of in a while.

I'd appreciate your prayers for them, too.
