I am outlining and researching a book project, and am actively seeking help. Speaking in the broadest of terms, the book is about how important attention to detail is in successful leadership.
Some business case studies will be used to illustrate the point, and I am currently making notes about Marriott, Apple, Disney and Chick-fil-A — but I am open to others. I am particularly seeking personal anecdotes and/or stories about your interactions with such companies and examples of extreme attention to detail that create customer loyalty, leave an amazing impression, etc.
