It has been a while. The rise of social media connections like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter over the past few years seemed to diminish the need for Jude2. There were so many other avenues by which we could connect and freely express our views that this format started to seem less necessary.
Recent days have made a lot of us rethink that. Friends have seen their Facebook pages disappear without warning or notice, leaving no avenue for appeal. Many voices on one end of the U.S. political spectrum found themselves silenced and deplatformed at the moment they felt their voices were most critically needed. JUDE2 is not a political forum. We don't endorse candidates or parties, so this is not about elections, but about the sharing of ideas... respectful debate... enlarging your perspectives.
We're back. We never really went away, we just quietly remained dormant in the background for a season.
Dive on in and say hello. How y'all been?

Glad to see things coming back, this was a good group! I had this site auto open every morning for many years, finally removed it after no new posts for what seemed like years, and now it's back on!
