What do you think? Justice or Injustice?

It is hard for us to determine justice or injustice since we do not know the evidence that exists. If it was my son and there was no evidence I would not want him held. If it was my daughter and there was evidence I wouldn't want them realeased.

We just don't have the facts necessary to make the call.

Exactly why I voted for other.

All I know is what the media has "fed" me - not enough factual information (in my opinion) to make a valid assesment and opinion of judging a persons (or people) innocence or guilt.

Well here is what we know to be factual:

1. Beth Twitty said with her own mouth that upon engaging Joran Vander Sloot on her first night in Aruba that he was condescending, cocky, and wouldn't share with her anything concerning his visits with her daughter.

2. We also know that all three boys changed their stories multiple times.

In America, this is enough to hold the boys...well...at least until bail is set... 8) :)

Actually I don't think it is. In America, there has to enough physical evidence to charge them or they have to be released.

Changing stories and being cocky is not physical evidence; it is circumstancial evidence.

Don't get me wrong..............I think the boys are guilty. You just can't try somebody on what you think or the way things look. The police need to do their job through investigation and get the evidence. It's obvious the boys aren't going to tell the story.
